Our vision is to create a home away from home for the Indian student and faculty community — a welcoming space that fosters belonging, cultural connection, and mutual support. We aim to celebrate our shared heritage, offer guidance in academic and personal journeys, and build a close-knit community that feels like family, even thousands of miles from home.

Our Advisor...

Dr. Pratik J. Parikh, Chair and Professor of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Louisville, serves as the faculty advisor for IGSA. He actively supports the Indian graduate student community by providing valuable mentorship, advocating for student initiatives, and helping strengthen cultural and academic engagement on campus.
